Camera crews may film freely in the meeting room during the Opening
Plenary Session, but are required to move to the specified camera platforms
or to the back of the room before the session begins. Crews are required to
film from the platform or from the back of the room during the rest of the
meeting.
Live broadcasting is permitted but must not disrupt the meeting.
Therefore, no voice-over commentary is permitted.
Flash photography is permitted during the Opening Session only.
Interviews, filming and recording may be carried out in the areas
adjacent to the meeting room (but not immediately outside the entry and exit
doors), in the media room and in other public areas of the venue.
Media representatives are not permitted to make statements or ask
questions during sessions.
Mobile phones must NOT be used in the meeting room.
Reports of the Scientific Committee and Commission Working Groups are
confidential until 10:00am on 11 July.
Distribution by members of the media of any promotional or campaign
material is prohibited.
Failure to comply with these or any other rules that the Commission may
adopt will result in withdrawal of accreditation and ejection from the
meeting venue. Any registration fee paid will be forfeited.
